A heavier bag (ADDED)

The camera cuts to the training room where a man is training with a punching bag. His hands slam into the bag with quite some power and it doesn't take long before it swings around harshly. As it starts to swing with a maximum amount of speed, and thus power, the man places himself behind the bag and grabs it with one hand, easily bringing it to a stop.

Miclimp: "It's about time they make the punching bag heavier. It's becoming too easy."

He sighs and pushes the bag away before backing away slightly and suddenly charging. He raises his arm and hits it with a clothesline, making the bag fly around, pulling a piece of the ceiling with it. Miclimp watches it fly and land on the ground before looking up.

Miclimp: "this might make it easier to actually get one."

He shrugs before walking out of the training room and stopping a security guard in his tracks.

Miclimp: "Tell the maintenance men that the ceiling in the training room has broken. With the punching bag, so please tell them to repair it and please add that we could use a heavier bag too."

Miclimp walks away, not giving the guard the chance to respond.
